Mandhardevi Athletes Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on identifying and nurturing young talent from rural areas. Our mission is to provide coaching, infrastructure, and mentorship to help athletes grow and compete at national and international levels.

"Kalidas Hirave is the international player of the foundation. He represented India in the event of 10000 meters in the Asian athletics championships at Bhubaneswar in 2017. He has won a 5000m, 10000m and cross country competition at the national level. In 2018, he was honored by the Government of Maharashtra with the Shiv Chhatrapati Award of a quality player."
"Janabai Hirave is a national gold medalist athlete. She has won various medals at the national level in 5000 m, 10000m and cross country. She was selected in the Indian team of girls under 20 years for the Asian Cross Country competition at China(2012)."
